At Dolly Cut Fashion & Gifts, it is of utmost importance to us that you are satisfied with your order. We take great pride and care in manufacturing all our high quality and luxury products to ensure you receive nothing but the best. Before placing any order with Dolly Cut Fashion & Gifts please take the time to go through our sizing charts and to ensure that you place your order accordingly. No refunds will be made on wedding gowns ordered whereby the bride changes her mind in not wanting the dress anymore. If any alterations are needed on the gown, it will be to the bride’s account as this is not included in the dress price.
If there might be a factory fault that has nothing to do with making the dress tighter (if bride lost weight) or bigger (if weight gain was involved) or making the dress shorter for instance, then Dolly Cut will pay its half of alterations keeping in mind that factory fault was involved. If there are any details regarding your order that we should know please state this in the notes section of your order when you check out or email us with your order number and notes regarding your order.
No items that are custom made to order (personalized/size specific) are eligible for return/refund unless there is a defect of goods at the time of purchase, or we have agreed in correspondence that you may return them. Dolly Cut Fashion & Gifts has a detailed quality control process which is followed and completed before each order is dispatched from our premises. In the unlikely event that there is a fault with an item in your order this needs to be photographed and emailed to us within 7 days of receiving your order whereby we will be in touch to assist you further.
If we agree that the Goods are faulty, we will: refund the cost of return carriage; repair or replace the Goods as we choose. Dolly Cut Fashion & Gifts will only offer to replace or refund your order where the item has demonstrated a major fault that cannot be repaired by us and that the damage is due to factory default. No exchanges or refunds will be offered if we deem that the damage to the item was caused in any way by the client. No items bought on sale/discounted amount are eligible for return/exchange/refund.
